Parkmerced hired Think Marketing to perform a brand refresh

Think Marketing was hired by Parkmerced to perform a brand evaluation and refresh Parkmerced, the country's second-largest single-owner apartment neighborhood west of the Mississippi River. An updated brand identity would help Parkmerced to better connect with their target audience and underscore their differentiation in the marketplace. The project included:

- 360 degree review of their existing brand presence
- Competitive review
- Target audience analysis
- Brand platform development
- New brand identity creative including new logo, tagline, color palette and typography, and a corporate branding style guide
- Overview presentation to senior executives and investors/board
- Execution of new branding across:
        • New corporate business system
        • Outdoor property signage
        • Online and print advertising
        • New website and landing pages
