Erin Mills brings 15 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing strategy and brand management spanning the fields of technical consumer products, business software and high-tech. Prior to founding Think Marketing, Erin directed marketing efforts at Teleflora Technologies, Sameday Technologies, an Idealab company, and SOAP. Previously, Erin implemented brand strategies and international sales and marketing plans for technology and business service clients at Weller & O'Sullivan and 138 Degrees, both full-service advertising agencies. Having had the benefit of working on re-branding efforts for such well-known brands as NBC and Pioneer Electronics, as well as performing international product launches that resulted in 2000% revenue growth and a dominant market share position, Erin brings clients a particular expertise in organic business development and growth. Additionally, her communications work has garnered her clients coverage in national publications such as Business Week, Newsweek, USA Today, Forbes, Fortune, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, as well as top trade and local publications. Erin is also a regular speaker at various industry events and marketing panels, including having been invited by Yahoo to present to their marketing staff, and currently serving on the prestigious Ad Age Insights panel.

Erin received her bachelor's degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also served 5 years on the board of Peace & Joy Care Center, California's largest and Los Angeles' oldest homeless, battered women and children's shelter.

Emi Harnden is a versatile senior marketing strategist with more than 20 years of marketing management, business development and channel management expertise. Emi provides strategic and marketing leadership to numerous companies, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and has been instrumental in developing pre-transactional brand valuation resulting in multiple mergers, acquisitions and a successful public listing on NASDAQ.

Prior to joining Think Marketing in 2004, Emi led worldwide corporate and channel marketing efforts at PeopleSupport, Teleflora and GoldMine Software. Emi provides extensive expertise in marketing strategy, B2B marketing and marketing communications. She has a proven track record in applying marketing practices and program development to help grow business and increase company valuation through tactical planning and execution. Additionally, Emi develops and conducts sales and marketing workshops with a focus on applying the practical aspects of marketing to the total sales process.

Emi earned her bachelor's degree in Film, TV and Media Studies from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Of personal interest, Emi is a Certified Iyengar Yoga instructor and teaches yoga at the YMCA and other yoga studios.

Barclay Neel brings over 7 years of client-focused service experience in a multitude of various business and non-profit settings. Prior to joining Think to assist with business and client operations, Barclay worked as a case manager and supervisor at a private supported living services agency in Northern California. In addition to managing staff and ensuring the delivery of proper care, he was integral in making systematic changes to ensure the optimal functioning of client, staff, and family support. Barclay brings a wide variety of management skills to help Think staff and clients with important day-to-day processes and programs.

Barclay received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Masters Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. He is an avid sports enthusiast and spends his spare time enjoying the outdoors.

Sasha Welland is a jack-of-all-trades and has spent the last 12 years becoming well-versed in art and creative direction as well as online marketing, with experience in traditional, digital and guerilla techniques plus project management. He's the newest member of our home office and gives day-to-day project oversight for clients from branding to web initiatives, and is well-adept at delivering effective solutions that help businesses at all levels.

Prior to Think Marketing, Sasha created campaigns and web strategy for large financial institutions, led the digital experiences for the Honda Civic Tour and the Honda Stage at Music Festivals, and is currently working on corporate projects for our Fortune 100 client base.

Sasha has degrees in both Marketing and Graphic Design from Cal State Northridge, and received certification through OTIS College of Art and Design plus LA's own ad school: The Book Shop. As a father with a passion for family, the outdoors and music, Sasha spends what spare time he has on reading, writing, exercise and barbecuing.

Storyteller, writer, editor, and curator, Renee Topper digs deep to find the heart and soul of a brand, and devise the best means to convey them.  She's a communications expert, specializing in digital content strategy, utilizing story as the main thread.  Recognizing that message, audience, analytics and promotion are all inherent to successful exchange, she designs and executes plans and creates content that balances these elements for optimal results, while staying abreast of market trends.

Renee has extensive experience working closely with Apollo XI Astronaut Buzz Aldrin, other iconic personalities and fortune 500 brands and executives at Time Warner Inc., Salomon Brothers, Smith Barney and more, crafting and helping share their messages in the best means possible through Corporate, Media, Public and Investor Relations. She has provided marketing and communications strategic plans and executions as well as advised on operations for numerous startups under her WriteClickHere shingle.  She also invested a few years working as the Director of Development for feature film funds.

Additionally, Renee writes for film, TV, web, the stage and recently completed her first novel. She earned her Bachelors degree in English at The George Washington University in DC. She is an avid supporter of Amnesty International initiatives among other causes. She spoke on "Storytelling for Start-Ups" at Silicon Beachfest 2013.

Joe Kwon brings over 15 years of professional experience in technology specializing in web application development, infrastructure implementation, and technical project management. Joe has the keen ability to engage and synergize business and technical teams to deliver business-friendly, technical solutions. Joe has a passion for leading and building teams but isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and write code when needed.

Joe previously worked as a consultant for Think Marketing since 2011 prior to officially joining the team in June 2015. Joe has previously worked in various technical project management and business analyst/technical roles for Mattel, Inc., The Walt Disney Company and The University of Southern California. Joe is a graduate from The University of Southern California where he studied music performance, electrical engineering and religious studies. Joe actively maintains Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner credentials.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family (3 young children), watching USC Football, visiting Disneyland and SeaWorld and serving at his local community church.
